SmartConnect connects people to online destinations through a link, QR code, or compatible NFC product. SmartConnect includes:

Individual profiles — an online profile page showing information, links and actions chosen by its owner, reached through the owner's SmartConnect link, a unique QR code, or a compatible NFC product such as the SmartConnect Band or Card.

Organizational Directories — a shared QR code, plaque or link for an office or organization (for example offices, law firms, real estate offices, healthcare practices or other businesses and organizations) that opens one directory presenting multiple professionals, each of whom may present their own professional information and actions within that directory. Directory content can be updated as staff or listings change without replacing the QR code or plaque, subject to continued service and the same availability limitations described below. Being listed in a directory does not require or imply that a listed professional owns, or must purchase, a SmartConnect Band, Card or other individual SmartConnect product; individual products remain separate, optional offerings.

Campaigns — links or pages used to share information chosen by their owner.

Profiles, directories and campaigns may display information and links chosen by their owners. Details for future features remain subject to change.

The SmartConnect Band, Card and Duo are not currently available for purchase on this site. Joining the waitlist requires no payment and creates no obligation to buy. It is not an order or reservation. If paid sales open later, product-specific checkout or order terms shown before purchase may supplement these terms.

You are responsible for the content, links, information and materials you provide for profiles, directories or campaigns, including having the rights and permissions needed to use them and keeping them accurate. Do not use SmartConnect for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, malicious, deceptive or harmful activity. We may suspend access or remove offending content when reasonably necessary to address such use, protect others or maintain the service.

Do not submit passwords, financial credentials, sensitive medical or health information, or other highly sensitive information through SmartConnect forms or free-text fields.

SmartConnect is not a patient portal, medical-record system, telehealth service or emergency communication service. Do not use its forms to send medical or health information. A profile may link to a healthcare provider’s own portal or another external service; that service is controlled by its provider, not by Myles & Andrew LLC.

Links to websites, social platforms, booking systems, payment providers, patient portals and other third-party services lead outside SmartConnect. Those providers control their own availability, policies, content and performance; we do not control them.

NFC use depends on a compatible device, its settings, where and how the product is placed or read, and physical or environmental conditions. QR use depends on a compatible camera or scanner and access to the online destination. Operation is not guaranteed on every device or at a particular speed.

Online destinations may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, internet or provider failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Myles & Andrew LLC retains its rights in its software, branding and site content. You retain rights in content you provide. You allow us to use that content as reasonably needed to provide the profile, directory or campaign services you request.

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device or external service will work with it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated at purchase, if any. Nothing here limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Myles & Andrew LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or service, and its liability is limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from its breach or negligence. This does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

If your unlawful content, misuse of the service, or violation of another person’s rights causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover reasonable, directly resulting losses and costs to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to losses caused by our own acts or omissions.

There are currently no Band, Card or Duo purchases on this site. Joining the waitlist does not create a consumer order or involve payment. Before paid sales open, applicable return, replacement, refund and product warranty terms will be shown before purchase. No return period, refund amount, shipping arrangement or product warranty is offered through this waitlist.
